Vinu Thomas (Vinu) heads the Kerala Operations of the firm. He has more two decade experience in dealing with legal matters and compliances. His area of expertise including handling Complex matters under Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA and other Corporate Law matters. He also handles general laws and industry specific laws like Legal Metrology Act, 2009, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Labour laws etc.

He has been regular in appearing before Registrar of Companies (RoC), Regional Director (RD) and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

Prior to starting practice as a Company Secretary, he was an Advocate having practiced in both Civil laws and Criminal Laws. He has dealt with lots of land disputes, Corporate Issues, family law issues, dishonor of cheques, Arbitration, Consumer complaints etc.
