Vinu Thomas (Vinu) heads the Kerala Operations of the firm. He has more than a decade experience in dealing with legal matters and compliances. His area of expertise including handling Complex matters under Companies Act, SEBI laws and other Corporate Law matters. He has been regular in appearing before Registrar of Companies (RoC), Regional Director (RD) and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

He has hands on experience in dealing with all matters related to MNCs, Private Limited Companies, Listed Public Limited Companies and Unlisted Public Limited Companies and has dealt with IPO, Amalgamation, Demerger, Merger, Winding up, Oppression and Mismanagement issues. He also handles FEMA, NBFC, Trademark issues. He has the distinction of having given simple solutions to many MNCs and listed companies in South India. He has handled several Secretarial Audits.

Skills

• Prior to starting practice as a Company Secretary, he was an Advocate having practiced in both Civil laws and Criminal Laws. He has dealt with lots of land disputes, Corporate Issues, family law issues, dishonor of cheques, arbitration, criminal cases, Consumer complaints etc.

• He advises clients on all corporate laws and industry specific laws like Legal Metrology Act, 2009, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Labour laws etc.
