Hari Babu Pothapu (Hari) is a dynamic Company Secretary based out of Chennai. He has more a decade experience in dealing with secretarial and legal matters and have worked in Chennai, Mumbai and Ernakulum, prior to joining the firm.
His has good hands on experience in the areas of Secretarial Audit, Mortgage & Charges, FEMA, SEBI regulations, Due Diligence etc. He has also handled assignments relating to NIFTY companies. He has expertise in Charges related work under various Acts including Mortgage registrations.

He has been regular in appearing before Registrar of Companies (RoC), Regional Director (RD) and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). He has hands on experience in dealing with all matters related to MNCs, Private Limited Companies, Listed Public Limited Companies and Unlisted Public Limited Companies. He also has experience in handling compounding matters with the NCLT, RD, RoC and RBI as well as effective liaisoning with various regulatory authorities.
